Objectives
To provide delegates with an understanding of accident prevention, safety procedures and emergency operations

Content
• Safe use of harness
• Pre-operational inspection
• Understanding machine limitations
• Mobile access work platform operation
• Mount and dismount the machine correctly
• Identification of hazards and function testing
• Operation of mobile access work platform operation
• Stow tools/equipment safely on platform, raising and lowering the platform correctly
• Travel machine with platform in the suitable position, deploy stabilisers and level machine

Entry requirements
Previous experience desirable though not essential

Qualifications/certification
IPAF approved certificate valid for five years
